Return & Refund Policy

At Velmoirée, we want every order to feel special. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we only accept returns in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged or defective.

• You received the wrong item or incorrect size due to an error on our part.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging included.

Swimwear & Bikinis

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear and bikinis are only eligible for return if:

• The item is defective.

• We made an error with your order (such as sending the wrong size or item).

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or, if preferred, exchanged for another product.

Please allow between 5–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our side, Velmoirée will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items damaged due to normal wear or misuse.

• Products returned after the 14-day return period.

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
