Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, before payment is completed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete.

Velmoiree shall not be held liable for lost or delayed orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please get in touch and we will do our best to help locate it.
